With the rapid development of modernization,the number of cars has brought a number of waste tires,the problem has been widely concerned.The iron ore tailings are the largest,the utilization rate of industrial solid waste is lowest,the stacking occupies a large area of land and they causes serious the waste of resources.In order to achieve a greater level of waste rubber and iron ore tailings resources and develop a new raw material of cement board,this thesis carried out the research of compression molding rubber iron ore tailings cement board,the research content mainly includes the influence of sand ratio and water cement ratio on molding sand iron ore tailings mortar compressive strength,determine the mix ratio and cement plate compressive strength,flexural strength,toughness and mechanical properties such as strength and alkali resistant glass fiber mesh on the mechanical properties of cement board.The main conclusions are as follows:In a certain range of water cement ratio,the compressive strength of molded iron tailings mortar increases with the increase of water cement ratio;with rubber aggregate increasing,5 mesh rubber mortar's consistency increases gradually,while the 40 mesh rubber mortar on the contrary according to the result of orthogonal test;influence moulding rubber iron tailings mortar compressive strength and density of each factor from strong to weak order: rubber content > molding pressure > rubber particle size;the results show two groups of cement board the mixture ratio is sand ratio 1:1,rubber content 50%,water cement ratio 0.25,molding pressure 5k Pa and cement sand ratio 1:2,rubber content 50%,water cement ratio 0.35,molding pressure 5k Pa rubber with the same dosage;under the same condition of cement sand ratio,the better the performance of toughness and impact strength is higher with the smaller Cement sand ratio;alkali resistant glass fiber grid cloth significantly improve the flexural strength of cement board,impact strength and toughness index.
