Transmission Screw Packing Test System Development

Referring to the problem of neglected installing the screw in the process of assembling transmission components and parts caused by fatigue working in transmission production enterprises,proposed a new transmission screw leakage detection system.According to the analysis of the transmission screw leakage detection functional requirements,proposed the overall structural design of the transmission screw leakage detection system,adopted the mechanical arm form of the joint arm.According to the operation space of the workpiece and conveyor belt,calculated and optimized the arm length of the joint arm,installation location and other parameters.According to the mechanical arm load and motion accuracy,designed the mechanical arm dynamic system.According to the position & size of the screw,determine the type & model of the sensor.Using Solidworks software,designed 3d model of the mechanical arm,carried out the interference detection and virtual disassembly analysis of model parts,checked the correctness and rationality of the overall design.Using Solidworks software,generated engineering drawings of the parts,and improved the efficiency of design work.Using ADAMS software,carried out the motion simulation of the mechanical arm,analyzed and studied the kinematics and dynamics.According to the simulation results,optimized the dynamic performance of the transmission screw leakage detection mechanical arm,ensure that the screw detection mechanical arm completes the task stably and accurately.Based on the theory of material mechanics,carried out the strength check of the key parts,and confirmed the bearing capacity of the mechanism.Developed a motion control system module based on PLC,use step7-200 toprogram the control software,and use the position control guide to send PTO pulse to control the stepping motor,to realize the automatic detection process control of the mechanical arm.Using mechanical arm carry laser ranging sensor to inspect the transmission screw packing,it has high precision,high speed,good reliability,can completely avoid screw packing,is of great significance to improve the product quality and automation level.
