Cascade heat source double pressure waste heat boiler is the core equipment to realize cascade exhaust gas waste heat cascade utilization.The waste heat power generation system,which has been put into production,has the problem of low recovery rate of waste heat resources and less generating capacity of the unit.These problems are frequently caused by changes in the technological factors such as sinter productivity,raw material conditions,and operating methods.Taking the cascade heat source double-pressure heat recovery boiler of a given structure of a steel plant as the research object,the optimization of the thermodynamic characteristics of the waste heat boiler was studied with the maximum of the steam heat exergy as the optimization objective.The synergetic relationship between the hot exhaust gas temperature,the flow rate and the steam pressure on the heat transfer and steam thermodynamic parameters of the waste heat boiler was studied.The synergistic characteristics of heat transfer and steam thermodynamic properties of the waste heat boiler were obtained.The optimized steam work capacity was 3.561% higher than before optimization.The concept of "heat source distribution coefficient" is used to describe the heat distribution at the hot exhaust gas inlet of a waste heat boiler.Using Visual Studio 2015 programming software to build the boiler calculation platform,the relative error between the calculation results and the original data is less than 5%.The research results confirm the synergy of heat transfer and steam thermodynamic characteristics of cascade heat source double-pressure heat recovery boiler and optimize parameters such as main and sub-steam pressure,heat distribution between hot exhaust gas inlet and hot exhaust gas interval temperature.The results of the study have important reference value for improving the operation theory of cascade heat source doublepressure waste heat boiler and adjusting the waste heat power generation system.
