At last the production efficiency of the production line is negatively affected, resulting in low efficiency.In this article, in order to be in connection with one specific assembly process of a large manufacturing plant in Sichuan enterprises ZL50E-3loader assembly production line, making use of the Simulation Technology of the Arena modeling and simulation, and means for improvement of industrial engineering to analyze and improve the assembly line. Through the assembly line observed and analyzed, the corresponding process chart has been drawn. In the simulation model, in order to use the mathematical expression of station operation time, station operation time has been applied to repeated measurement, in order to comprehensive consideration of the accuracy of the data and the cost of observation to achieve an optimal value, the method of error limit has been applied to determine the observation times of specific station. With the data simply filtered, the collected data has been analyzed and dealt with by the analysis of the software of the simulation software of Arena, analyzing of the best fitting distribution function of operation time. After that, the simulation model of the assembly line has been established with the application of Arena. The model has been set up and run, and the results of the simulation have been analyzed. The bottleneck process has been found out. The bottleneck process has been improved by studying the method of the application of Industrial Engineering. The operation time of workers’ has been effectively reduced, and the cycle time has been shortened. Based on the improved the data of production line, the simulation model established has been Corrected.
