As a new type of urban rail transit,the straddle-type monorail has the advantages of high climbing ability,small turning radius,low cost of engineering,good landscape effect,was fast and easy to install,and so on.Steel track beam can improve the span demand of the structure,and has the characteristics of light and beautiful,and high manufacturing accuracy.However,the application and research of straddle-type monorail steel rail beam at home and abroad are few.First of all,triple spans continuous beam is designed.Based on it,static analysis,linear elastic stability analysis and seismic response analysis are carried out under load combination.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:With reference to relevant specifications and experience of straddle-type Monorail at home and abroad,the structure of straddle-type monorail rail beam is selected and designed.The static model of the structure is established by using the finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL.The strength and stiffness of the structure are calculated,and the stress characteristics of the structure under load combinations are analyzed.The results show that the stress and deformation are within the standard requirements.The finite element software ANSYS is used to establish the the linear elastic model of the single line structure of steel rail beam and the double line structure for the stability analysis.Under the load combination,the buckling factor of the single line structure is not satisfied,and the stability of the double line structure is obviously improved compared with the single line structure,and there are no overall buckling modes in the first 5 steps.The stability of double line structure under constant load and live load combinations meets the normative requirement.The influence of the train live load on the stability of the structure is greater than that of the wind load.The buckling factor of double train load is lower than that of single train load,but the difference is small.For the two cases of parallel connection and no parallel connection,the natural vibration characteristics of the elastic model are analyzed,and the response spectrum method is applied to analyze the seismic response of the rail track beam model with parallel connection.The calculation results show that parallel connection has a great influence on the lateral stiffness of the steel rail beam.The response of transverse bridge direction excitation to stress and displacement is larger than that of longitudinal bridge under earthquake.The maximum stress response occurs near the fixed bearing,and the maximum displacement response occurs near the middle span of the span.The stress response of the parallel connection is greater than the stress response of other steel components of the main beams and the crossbeams.
