For a long time,China's concrete construction site mainly adopts the traditional mode of production site construction,for example,the loss of building materials and construction waste,construction quality instability,on-site operation safety factor.Compared with the PC component factory production,it has many advantages,widely used in large public buildings,multi-store industrial plants and residential buildings and other modern projects.The production of PC components of the equipment is imperative.According to the process requirements,this paper designs and develops a kind of PC component turnover die closing equipment mainly used for pouring,turning,clamping,stripping and unloading of precast concrete components.To lightweight mold as the starting point,the subject based on the finite element statics analysis of the initial structure of the mold platen,the structural optimization design is carried out with the aid of ANSYS Workbench software.After the optimization model in table mechanism to meet the strength and stiffness under the condition that the quality of the upper mold platen is reduced by 31.96%,the quality of lower mold platen has been reduced 30.63%,achieved good optimization effect,effectively save energy and manufacturing cost.The rigid flexible coupling simulation and kinematics and dynamics analysis of the lifting and turning process of the hanger and the upper mold platen are carried out by using ADAMS software,verify the rationality of mold platen structure design,safety and speed reducer and motor selection,and put forward safety suggestions and preventive measures in the future processing and maintenance of the equipment,ensure the safety and stability of the equipment in operation and reduce the probability of the occurrence of enterprise safety accidents.
