| The slide bed platen is a key component of the switch. The slide bed platen and the backing plate were welded to form the slide plate. The welding quality of the slide plate will take considerable effect to the smooth and safety running of the train. At present, the domestic slide plate manufacturers are still using manual operation from material handling to welding operations in the slide plate manufacturing process. Whether the production efficiency or the product quality, it is increasingly difficult to meet the production requirements of construction of railway. The main content of this paper is that the first slide bed platen feeding machine for the welding assembly line was specialized designed, which aims to improve the degree of automation of the slide plate production to adapt to the new requirements of the development of high-speed railway. According to "switch plate welding assembly line" engineering project, the basis of domestic and international trends of automatic feeding machinery of the automatic production line, the feeding characteristics of the welding assembly line and the function of feeding machine, this paper designs the mechanical structure of the feeding machine and simulates the analysis, the main contents are as follows.(1) According to the cooperation way of feeding machine and production line, designing requirements and slide bed platen its own structural characteristics, the slide bed platen, double material storage box was designed to carry the slide bed platen. Several working programs were proposed and the most consistent one which conforms to the design requirements best was selected. The main structure of the feeding machine was designed and the main device of feeding machine are designed and calculated.(2) With the help of software Creo2.0, it defines and simulates the motion parts of the machine. It also helps to analysis the position, speed and acceleration of lifting device in the limit state to determine the motion state of each motion mechanism and provide reliable data to support subsequent design study.(3) By using ANSYS Workbench software, it helps to analysis the structural linear static force of the ball screw and the support structure.It helps to test and verify the support structure and ensure the material strength and stiffness of the feeding machine. It also helps to analysis the modal analysis of the frame of the machine to avoid resonance.This paper improves the switch plate welding consistency and efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of the workers and offers a new accessorial feeding machine for welding assembly line. It also provides a certain reference value for other feeding machine design. |
