With the continuous development of modern automobile technology.The disadvantages of traditional cars are constantly emerging,and there are corresponding bottlenecks in their research.Therefore,the green electric vehicle industry,which focuses on new energy and environmental protection technology,has become a hot industry.As the green electric vehicle industry mainly focuses on energy conservation and environmental protection,the new energy automobile industry has become the key development direction in the modern automobile industry.But in terms of the situation,the electric car is still in the initial stage of operation,the demonstration in order to guarantee the safety of the electric car,need to study the interaction relationship between the design parameters and performance.Real-time acquisition and monitor the operation of the power battery of electric vehicle data,based on the key technology of electric vehicle power battery diagnosis research.through to the electric vehicle real-time monitoring and remote monitoring data analysis and processing,has developed a can diagnose data management function of the platform.In this paper,an overall design scheme of the data management platform of electric vehicle is presented,and the communication principle and workflow of the platform for its diagnostic function are described.Completed the design of the platform communication solution and with the help of the CAN controller and CAN bus intelligent vehicle information terminal to communicate with each other,between the custom to adapt to the electric car CAN application layer protocol for the communication;By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of communication methods in different fields,this paper selects GPRS mode suitable for the system and analyzes the working mechanism of GPRS.The simulation experiment of battery charge and charge and discharge signal of electric vehicle was carried out.In combination with the application environment and complicated working condition of pure electric vehicle in practical application,the real-time monitoring function of DTU module is realized.Completed the topological structure of remote real-time monitoring system and the corresponding hardware design,this article based on the on-board data module,implementation of remote data monitoring and all data transmission system,realized the power batteries for electric cars the purpose of the state of fault monitoring and diagnosis.
