Industrial lighting is one of the important links in industrial production,it is difficult to improve industrial lighting control accuracy and reduce lighting energy consumption.For the problems of numerous nodes,lack of fine control,re-layout of lighting caused by product line or work area adjustment,the existing industrial lighting control methods are relatively simple and have poor configurability,it is difficult to meet our functional requirements,for this reason,this paper proposes a "client-smart gateway-light controller" multi-level network solution with intelligent gateway as the control core.This paper designs an intelligent gateway based on STM32F107VCT6 with the functions of Ethernet and Modbus communication,protocol conversion,information storage,autonomous configuration and automatic control.With the hardware circuit design,the product entity of the processor module,the Ethernet module,the 485 module and the storage module are completed.The information transfers between lighting nodes and intelligent gateways with Modbus message frames,and transfers between intelligent gateways and clients with Ethernet data packets,so the smart gateway could get real-time feedback of lighting node's switch information,illumination and other information and it will send control signals to specific lighting nodes at the same time.In addition,with the configuration functions of communication parameters and lighting node parameters are set,the applicability of smart gateways is enhanced.The automatic control function of intelligent gateway is set up to realize automatic control of industrial lighting under unsupervised conditions.The intelligent gateway client will display all the collected switch and illumination information on the monitoring interface,which will also showed as the lighting duration and real-time illumination curve diagram.We will also use the data rules to achieve the function of life warning and bad lamp monitoring to improve the intelligent level of the industrial lighting system.On the basis of hardware circuit design and software programming,the industrial lighting control system simulation platform is established.We set the communication,lighting nodes and automatic control parameters to debug the intelligent gateway for verifying the reliability of the smart gateway.Under the setting conditions of the simulation platform,we completed the client remote monitoring and control test.Through experimental verification,the intelligent gateway system can effectively solve the problems of too many nodes in the industrial lighting control and insufficient fine control,the completed function design and analysis provide a reference for the intelligent control of industrial lighting,and it also has guiding significance for practical engineering.
