| The development of the economy cannot be separated from the support of energy.Since China’s reform and opening up has been accompanied by the rapid development of the economy,the demand for energy has also been increasing.Petroleum resources are the major components of China’s energy resources.Most of our country’s oil is transported by oil tankers.In the process of transportation and unloading of oil tankers,they need to be delivered on time and safely from the loading place to the unloading place;their loading weight must not exceed the loading draft line;no pollution or spillage is required during loading and unloading;therefore,a low consumption is found.The ability to quickly and safely ship tanker unloading is particularly important.Therefore,the evaluation of the tanker unloading plan not only has great theoretical significance but also has great practical significance.This article is to evaluate the tanker cargo unloading plan for the 26000 DWT product tanker.The research contents mainly include the following points:1.Explain and analyze the background,significance and research status of the topic2.Introduced the main parameters of the 26000 DWT product tanker,and analyzed the functional models and working principles of the cargo handling system and related systems for its cargo handling system.3.The index for the evaluation of oil tanker unloading plan was studied and established,and the combined weight and cloud model were used for evaluation for the first time in the evaluation system of oil tanker unloading plan.4.The mathematical model of each control unit of the cargo handling system and its related subsystems was studied and established,including the model of the cargo pump,the cargo tank,and the model of the ship’s floating state and longitudinal strength of the cargo pipeline.Based on the MATLAB software,programming is implemented for the established model.5.Some suggestions were made for the tanker unloading plan.The numerical parameter acquisition part of this paper is developed based on the simulation study of the cargo tanker cargo offloading system.It is not only a supplement and perfection of the function of the oil tanker unloading simulator,but also a new exploration and trial of the new oil tanker unloading simulator.Through the research of the oil tanker unloading plan evaluation based on the combined weights and cloud model,the author finds that the traditional cargo oil unloading method has a lack of overall consideration.The system of this article can be improved in the follow-up,so that the system can automatically give A tanker unloading simulator with a reasonable unloading plan. |
