Research On Crude Oil Transit Measurement Management Of YP Company

With the innovation of measurement technology and measurement management,its development trend has gradually from the traditional measurement method of collection and storage,sorting to construction,measurement management system,measurement platform measurement regulations data management and measurement of IT digital construction.In this paper,the relevant theoretical results of metering management are introduced.Based on this,the measurement management of YP company is used as the case,and through the research on its enterprise background and current measurement management status,improve the measurement management system,starting from solving practical problems,the quality and level of service has improved significantly,won a relatively high reputation and profit in the port shipping industry,and promote the company formed the core competitiveness,reduce business operating costs and for the market share,enhance the brand advantage,and effectively promote the efficient development of the port.The research results of this project can provide decision-making for the overall operation of the port of crude oil metering supervision,not only from the angle of management to achieve scientific,but also from the loss of control angle to achieve the energy saving,which has guiding significance for the upgrading and restructuring of China’s crude oil transfer,storage and transportation industry.In addition,from the economic point of view,the measurement loss control can greatly improve the measurement accuracy,reduce the loss of economic damage,and promote the development of port and regional economy.
