In this paper,the high-precision deformation measurement under multi-physical field(multienvironmental factors)environment is taken as the objective,aiming at the influence of space environment factors on the high-stability spacecraft structure during orbit operation,combined with the high-precision deformation field digital speckle interferometry technology of multiphysical field,Focus on the breakthrough of deformation field detection and support technology of high stability structure under multi-physical field environment and high precision real-time measurement technology of high stability structure represented by vacuum,high and low temperature deformation process under multi-physical field.High-precision space environment simulation experiments were carried out on the ground,and corresponding mathematical models were constructed,which provided theoretical guidance for the subsequent manufacturing work,and also laid a theoretical foundation for the design and manufacture of high-precision reference platform,antenna and other high-stability spacecraft structures.The main work of this topic includes:(1)The high precision measurement technology of micro-deformation based on digital speckle interferometry is deeply studied.(2)A new digital speckle interference optical path and analytic algorithm are constructed based on the time-phase-shifted digital speckle interference optical path to improve the measuring range and anti-interference ability of the system.(3)Combined with digital speckle interferometry,the high precision real-time measurement and detection guarantee technology of spacecraft structural deformation under the multi-field coupling action represented by vacuum,high and low temperature is studied.(4)According to the working principle of digital speckle interferometry technology and the characteristics of the measured object,a set of spacecraft structure end face micro-deformation measurement test scheme system is established,and the device selection and test construction of the test device are carried out.(5)The end face deformation of spacecraft structure under the condition of large temperature change(-50~80℃)is measured,and the test results are verified and the error analysis is carried out.
