Measurement is an essential basic science of technological, economic and social development. As an important part of Metrology, flow measurement produced profound impact on industrial production and people's daily lives. Ultrasonic flowmeter play a more and more important role in the field of liquid flow measurement, both in the industrial and agricultural production or in daily life plays a pivotal role. In China, the research on ultrasonic flowmeter was started relatively late, ultrasonic flowmeter technology yet reached the international advanced level, so that the accuracy of domestic ultrasonic flowmeter is generally not high. Therefore, in order to improve the measurement accuracy of domestic ultrasonic flowmeter, the study of factors influencing ultrasonic flowmeter measurement precision has become significant.Based on the measurement principle of transit-time ultrasonic flowmeter elaborate, and thus give a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the reasons of ultrasonic flowmeter measurement error caused by temperature, studied the launch angle of transducers, delay of the circuit, the flow field factor, fluid accuracy factors viscosity and fluid temperature. To verify the influence on the measurement accuracy of fluid temperature, emission angle, the delay of the circuit and fluid viscosity, I so calculated and analyzed the result with MATLAB. In order to study the temperature-dependent effect on ultrasonic flowmeter measurement characteristics based on the original equipment of oil and gas gathering systems and pipingdesign original equipment experimental platform fluid temperature influence on the measurement accuracy, and analyzed by analyzing the factors affecting measurement accuracy and processing the experimental dataThe results of simulation and test show that The compensation of temperature and considering the influence of fluid viscosity, launch angle, circuit delay and other effects are beneficial to improve the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeter. This is a remarkable study which could provide theoretical support and design guidance for the design of high-precision ultrasonic flowmeter.
