Material fatigue testing machine, as a equipment of measuring material mechanical properties and structural strength, has important role in new materials development, product quality supervision, design and control of process property. Because it combines new technology like modern closed-loop servo system mechanical and electrical integration, man-machine interface friendly and high and embedded microcontroller process etc.,and it involves technical field including hydraulic, automatic control, electronics, materials, etc. Therefore, the research of material hydraulic servo fatigue test has a strong interdisciplinary and cross professional. Author write the article about material fatigue testing machine, which is mainly produced by mingzhu testing machine Co.,Ltd., the purpose of article is to developping a set of automatic control system,which can reach performance index of regulation. According to the requirements of fatigue testing machine control, the tester adopted the control system that is a embedded processor based on microcomputer.Firstly, the article make a brief introduction about electronically controlled and hydraulic system of fatigue testing machine. According to the requirement of test, author designs the hydraulic system principle chart. Through modeling the hydraulic system, calculating the main parameters of control system.At the same time, analyzing the characteristics of each the system, and determining the transfer function of the system,and through the simulation analysis, verifying the hydraulic stability of the closed-loop system.The control system has a great influence to the tape fatigue testing machine’s work performance, traditional digital PID control structure is simple, and it has the good linear control effect on object. Due to its parameters will not be able to adjust itself, thus, it’s hard to provide the precise control for the object that is nonlinear systems. And in the article, it involve adaptive fuzzy PID controller,which can adjust PID parameters online. Due to its high control precision, thus, the adaptive fuzzy PID controller has a good effect on dynamic or static performance.The article research of the controller,which adopted STM series embedded ARM main controller, is produced by ST company. The controller’s characteristics is small volume, light weight, good reliability, and powerful functions. And author developed the ARM main controller’s control software, which function is to accepting the user’s command of upper machine, and executing the corresponding commands.Meanwhile, collecting the state signal of IVthe system,and sending to the upper machine.The developed VC++visual control software in upper machine, which can implement the users’ operation command and display system’s status.
