The technology of distributed fiber optic sensing was brought forward in the end of 1970s. Nowadays, this has been one of the most promising technology in fiber optic sensor. Deep research is taken on the distributed optic fiber temperature sensor in this thesis, and the distributed optic fiber sensor based on the Raman scattering is adopted. The core principle of this system are the temperature effect of Raman scattering and the technology of spatial orientation based on OTDR. Above this, I construct the distributed optical fiber temperature sensor system which makes use of the Stokes light to demodulate the Anti-Stokes light. Then this article analyzes the primary Technical indicators and each key technique, and focus on studying the characteristics of noise and gain of photoelectric detection component(APD, Avalanche Photodiode Detector), one kind of APD's bias circuit which adopts the IC chip ADL5317 is used in this article. At last, the photoelectric components in this system are analyzed and chosen according to system design diagram, and correlative experiments are designed tentatively.
