Foamed asphalt regeneration technology is the best way to repair large-scale roads,the preparation of foamed asphalt is a key technology and difficulty in road rehabilitation.The design of the asphalt foam device pipe system is crucial for the preparation of high quality foamed asphalt.The paper focuses on the design of pipe system for asphalt foaming device.In order to obtain high-quality foamed asphalt,hot asphalt and foamed water must reach the foaming chamber at the same time.However,hot asphalt and foamed water have different flow characteristics in the pipe system.To accurately describe the multi-energy domain coupled hot asphalt and foamed water pipe systems,based on the principle of asphalt foaming,the mathematical model for hot asphalt pipe system and foamed water pipe system was established using the theory of bond graphs.On this basis,the flow characteristics of hot asphalt and foamed water were analyzed,and the graphical design of the pipe system of the asphalt foamed device was finally realized.The specific research content is as follows.1.For the hot asphalt pipe system and foamed water pipe system of asphalt foamed device,using the bond graph theory segmented lumped parameter method to construct its model.Considering the viscoelastic properties of hot asphalt and the Newtonian behavior of foamed water,according to the basic principle of energy conservation,the mathematical model of hot asphalt and foamed water pipe was established using the segmented lumped parameter method of bond graph model.2.Based on the Simulink,the simulation model of hot asphalt and foamed water pipe system was established respectively,and the flow characteristics of hot asphalt and foamed water were analyzed in depth.The results show: for the hot asphalt pipe systems,changes in input pressure,pipe length,pipe diameter and viscosity all have an impact on the dynamic characteristics of the pressure and flow in the asphalt spout.For foamed water pipe systems,changes in input pressure,pipe length and pipe diameter all have an impact on the dynamic characteristics of the pressure and flow in the foamed water spout.3.On the basis of the previous two research contents,an engineering graphical solution for the pipe system of asphalt foamed equipment was established.GUI software is used to establish the user interface of the pipe system for the asphalt foaming device.The callback function is used to deal with the interface problems between MATLAB and the front-end GUI to solve the data communication problem between the Simulink module and the user interface.Achieving information exchange between users and computers,and directly call MATLAB background program based on Windows platform to realize flow analysis of pipe system.Finally,a parameterized design interface of the asphalt foaming device pipe system is designed for the asphalt stirring station.The research results provide a theoretical reference for the development of asphalt foamed equipment.
