In recent years,with the socio-economic development and urban construction,the construction area has increased rapidly,and the scale of central heating has been expanding.However,China's central heating efficiency needs to be improved.In order to improve the energy efficiency of heating,it is important to reduce the energy consumption of the heating system,and the efficient and energy-saving heating and distribution mode is an important measure to reduce the energy consumption of the heating system.In this paper,the central heating system which is indirectly connected with the panel heat exchanger as the research object.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the whole heating system,power disperse primary network system and power disperse secondary network system are studied.On the basis of the analysis of the power disperse system principle,the power disperse primary network system is studied in the test bench and according to a heat exchange station and secondary network system,we study the power dispersed secondary network system with experimental methods.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Based on the analysis of the performance of the power distribution primary network heating system,the energy saving and hydraulic stability of the power disperse primary network system are studied in the distributed heating network experimental platform.The experimental results show that under the same heat source and dry pipe flow condition,the energy consumption of the dynamic decentralized system is about 26% than that of the traditional system,while the power dissipation system has a decrease compared with the traditional system's hydraulic stability,and its stability deviation coefficient has increased by 33.3%.(2)According to the principle of the power decentralized secondary network heating system,the secondary network was transformed in power dispersive system.The experimental study shows that the power dispersive secondary network system with the fixed flow mode of the heat transfer system in the station is 29.5% lower than that of the traditional two network system.(3)According to the meteorological parameters of Baotou city heating season,simulation analysis of the heat exchange station adopts power dispersive secondary network system with variable flow operation mode.It is concluded that the powerdispersive secondary system of the station heat exchanger system with variable flow mode is about 23% lower than that of the traditional secondary system.The power dispersive heating system in this paper is suitable for the reform of existing heating system and suitable for new heating system.According to the ideas described in this paper,the design of indirect heating system can reduce the energy consumption of the system to a certain extent.
