With the construction of the urban extra long tunnels in recent years,the number of traffic accidents has continued to grow.As the structure is closed and rescue is difficult,traffic accidents in the urban extra long tunnels can easily cause serious traffic congestion and delays in traffic.The emergency evacuation of traffic accidents in the urban extra long tunnels is of great significance for improving the traffic capacity,reducing the occurrence of secondary accidents,and improving the operation and management level of the tunnel.This article analyzes studies the traffic accidents of urban extra long tunnels.The main research contents and innovations are as follows.(1)This paper analyze the influencing factors of delay time of traffic accidents in urban extra long tunnels,and use the decision tree algorithm to establish a prediction model of traffic accident delay time for urban extra long tunnels.(2)This paper using the traffic-wave theory,a vehicle queuing model of segmented parking was established,and a method of segmented parking for traffic accidents in urban extra long tunnels was proposed.The simulation results show that the segmented parking control can effectively reduce the parking queue length of vehicles.(3)According to the model of vehicle starting wave after the accident,and combined with the remaining capacity after the urban extra long tunnels accident,the starting time and method of segmental dissipation of the urban extra long tunnels are put forward,and the dissipative duration of the vehicle starting at different speeds at each control point is given.The simulation compares the change in queue length caused by no control and segmented start control under different traffic volumes.The results show that compared with no segmented control,the segmented starting control can reduce the traffic volume under the condition that the remaining traffic capacity cannot meet the traffic volume of the city’s extra long tunnels.The greater the volume of traffic,the better the evacuation control effect.(4)This paper designs a strategy for emergency evacuation of emergency traffic in a the urban extra long tunnel in Hangzhou.The simulation verifies the effectiveness of the evacuation control.The results show that after implementing the traffic evacuation strategy,the average queue length,delay time,and the average number of stoppages are all significantly reduced,the road network traffic flow efficiency is improved,and the evacuation effect is obvious.The paper provides a reference for the decision-making of emergency evacuation assistance for urban extra long tunnels.It is of great significance to control traffic congestion in the urban extra long tunnels and reduce accident delays.
