Abstract/Summary:
With the "13th Five-Year" development plan of modern integrated transportation system developing,the work that promoting the general national and provincial road quality improvement is put forward,there is a growing number of projects for upgrading of secondary roads to First-class highways.As an important part of the reconstruction and extension project,the reasonable traffic organization scheme can improve the efficiency of traffic and ensure the traffic safety in reconstruction and expansion work zone.At present,there are a lot of researches on the traffic organization of reconstruction and expansion work zone in china,but it most to study for expressway,less for the secondary road of mixed traffic.The secondary road is quite open and most of them are in the urban area,so that there are many non-motorized vehicles on the road.the conflict between vehicles and non-motorized vehicles is serious and driving conditions are complex in the secondary road,so the traffic organization is difficult.In this condition,it is necessary to study and explore the traffic organization scheme in reconstruction and expansion work zone of “two upgrades to one” project based on the characteristics of the mixed traffic flow.Relying on the reconstruction and extension project of 320 national highway Qu Zhou section,this paper established the mixed traffic flow simulation model in reconstruction and expansion work zone,which is based on the traffic characteristics of the vehicle and the nonmotorized vehicle in reconstruction and expansion work zone of “two upgrades to one”.By using the simulation method,the determination method of work zone in each section under the influence of the non-motorized vehicle are explored and put forward.On this basis,the design process and methods of traffic organization scheme in reconstruction and expansion work zone of “two upgrades to one” project are discussed and analyzed.Mainly carried out the following research work:Combined with the investigation of the basic traffic data of the supported project,the operating characteristics of vehicles,the basic characteristics and operating characteristics of non-motorized vehicles are analyzed,and the lateral distribution of vehicles and non-motorized vehicles in reconstruction and expansion work zone of “two upgrades to one” project are determined,which provides the basis for the construction of the mixed traffic flow simulation model.Through comparative analysis,the Vissim simulation software is chosen as a means of research.According to the measured vehicle speed and the traffic characteristics of each traffic composition,the desired speed parameters and the driving behavior parameters of vehicles and non-motorized vehicles are calibrated.Combined with the actual road conditions of the reconstruction and expansion project,the construction process of the simulation model of the mixed traffic flow is proposed.At the same time,in order to verify the accuracy and reliability of the parameters and models,the measured data and simulation results are compared with the test parameters of vehicle speed and traffic volume,and through the simulation operation to carry on the visual inspection.On the basis of the existing research,the length of work zone in each section is analyzed theoretically.The evaluation indicators were selected according to the characteristics of each section,and the evaluation system was established.Combining Vissim simulation software to simulate the design scheme of work zone in each section and the analysis and evaluation of the evaluation index,the length of work zone in each section for the supported project under different lane closure mode,different vehicle and non-motorized vehicle flow is determined,and and the determination method of work zone in each section under the influence of the nonmotorized vehicle is explored are explored and put forward.Based on the reference to the existing traffic organization scheme for our country’s reconstruction and expansion work zone,the main contents of the traffic organization scheme in reconstruction and expansion work zone for “two upgrades to one” project are determined.At the same time,based on the safe and smooth design concept,the principles and design process of the traffic organization scheme are proposed.In addition,Taking full account of the situation of the mixed traffic flow,the main points of the traffic diversion scheme and the organization scheme of the construction site are analyzed.Then the design process and methods of traffic organization scheme in reconstruction and expansion work zone of “two upgrades to one” project is obtained.
