With the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry,people are increasingly demanding the comfort of electric vehicles.The air conditioning system is one of the important indicators to evaluate the comfort of a car,so the efficient and comfortable automotive air conditioning system can occupy the dominant position of the market and be favored by consumers.Computer simulation has the advantages of low cost and short cycle,and has become an important means to study the performance parameters of electric vehicle air-conditioning systems.This article mainly studies the cooling system of a certain electric vehicle air-conditioning system through the combination of simulation and experiment.The main work contents and research results are as follows:(1)First analyze the change of temperature field in the vehicle compartment of the target model,establish the vehicle thermal load calculation model,and calculate the thermal load of the vehicle and the cooling capacity of the air conditioning system according to the determined working conditions.(2)Establish the monomer model of the main components of the air-conditioning system and conduct a single test on it to determine its shape factor.Through the comparison of simulation and test results,it is concluded that these monomer test models can replace physical objects to further improve its performance.the study.(3)Based on the above-mentioned monomer testing and some other component models,an air conditioning system model was established and simulated and analyzed.Through the comparison of simulation and experimental test results,it was concluded that the air conditioning system model can replace physical systems to further study its performance..(4)Based on the above air-conditioning system,an optimization scheme is proposed for the refrigerant charge of the air-conditioning system through a simulation analysis method;the compressor rotation speed,the evaporator intake air amount,and the refrigeration system refrigerant charge amount In the case of 0.8 kg,the air conditioning system has the largest amount of cooling capacity and COP.(5)Based on the above optimization scheme of air conditioning system,a joint simulation model of the air conditioning system and the vehicle interior thermal environment is established to analyze the effect of temperature drop and thermal comfort of the passenger compartment under continuously changing conditions;the results show that the optimal system The cooling capacity not only satisfies the calculated thermal load of the vehicle,but also ensures the temperature drop and thermal comfort of the passenger compartment.
