| Vehicle solenoid valve refers to the solenoid valve used in refrigerant circuit of automobile air conditioning.It can be used in gaseous or liquid loop to control refrigerant on-off,commutation or flow path switching.Thus,the system can be switched between refrigeration and heating or the distribution of refrigeration area.According to the different design of the system,the corresponding functions can be realized.Traditionally,single cooling system is commonly used in vehicles,and solenoid valves for vehicles are seldom used,while large size solenoid valves are hardly used.With the development of new energy vehicles,the application of heat pump air conditioning in new energy vehicles will become the future technical direction and development trend,thus the demand for large-scale vehicle solenoid valves is put forward.Due to the particularity of vehicle environment and connection mode,the design structure and connection mode of vehicle solenoid valve are different from those of traditional refrigerant solenoid valve.In this paper,the composition and working principle of the pilot type open solenoid valve and the pilot type closed solenoid valve are analyzed.The theoretical calculation of the solenoid valve is deeply analyzed,and the theoretical calculation method of the solenoid valve is analyzed.Specific calculation and analysis are carried out for a certain structure,including wall thickness calculation,thread strength calculation and spring force calculation,etc.Combined with software simulation technology,the simulation method of vehicle solenoid valve is introduced.The simulation includes strength simulation and fluid simulation.According to the actual working requirements of solenoid valves,the corresponding simulation of each part is carried out,and the simulation results are analyzed.The meaning of simulation and the direction of product improvement are explained.According to the motion characteristics of vehicle solenoid valve,the dynamic motion equation is established,and the dynamic response calculation program is compiled with the help of MATALB.It can calculate the opening and closing characteristics of solenoid valves,the limit opening and closing time of solenoid valves,the actual trajectory curve of internal moving parts,the oscillation curve,etc.In order to deeply analyze the response characteristics of solenoid valves,a data model is established,which can be used to study the different response characteristics of vehicle solenoid valves under various working conditions,so as to simulate and analyze the application occasions of solenoid valves,and theoretically analyze the application occasions and working conditions of solenoid valves.The electromagnetic force of solenoid valve coil is simulated by Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software.The function of electromagnetic force about time and travel is calculated.The delay characteristic of electromagnetic force is added to the equation of motion.The closing time of the solenoid valve which is normally opened after electrification is calculated,the limit action time of the solenoid valve is calculated,and the response characteristic of the solenoid valve is analyzed.Finally,the test requirements and methods of vehicle solenoid valves are analyzed.According to the design structure and working conditions of solenoid valves,the methods and functions of strength verification for key parts of solenoid valves are analyzed,and the test methods and purposes of finished products are analyzed. |
