With the development of Chinese economic,more and more people have their own private car,the requirement of comfort and reliability of vehicle is higher than before.The functional design of air-conditioning controller on vehicle is more humane,personalized.The features and logic of the production is more complex,and the implementation of the software requirements is increasing,so the features of the product realization process reliable and product design flaws and quality issues put forward higher requirements.The more complex software products,software tiny flaw can cause customer complaints,which makes software quality assurance and high reliability is facing enormous challenges.Test automation through a small fee to get a more efficient test results,in order to better improve the quality of products,the current implementation of automation is the trend of automotive electrical products,an irreversible.If this is at the forefront,both from a business engineer's core competencies or skills,there are great advantages,and many domestic companies of are also the focus of this investment.In this paper,based on the automotive test of air-conditioning controller described the automated test and applications and design of automated testing automated testing of automotive embedded systems.First,It describes the advantages of automated testing in the automotive embedded systems,including the contents of the cost of capital advantage,human resource cost and efficiency factors.Secondly,automated testing based on the test principle and virtual simulation,emulation device by properly selecting the actual physical sensor replacement,by matching the actual working conditions at or near physical sensors.Analysis of the functional requirements of automotive air-conditioning controller again,the demand for functional decomposition tree,according to each type of analysis required for its implementation and the hardware andsoftware environment,determine its overall structure and operation of the process,establish a reasonable test systems.Then to test the model as the core function of car air-conditioning control system according to the requirements established to meet the test system architecture of the system and complete test system to build and debug.Finally,a reasonable choice of testing techniques and testing methods,the development of automotive air conditioning controller functional test cases,the measured object using a test system to verify the logic function,publish test reports and so on.The model has been tested,and tasks of testing can be completed according to the test model of air conditioning controller.Utilization of this test model and test bench can improve test effective of the product,from two people around seven hundred test cases test workload,reduced to one week and a half of testing effort to improve the efficiency of the test nearly 80%.The simulation results of the test results are consistent with the product manual testing.Based on the requirements document and design the mission statement of requirements to help product engineers complete projects approved air-conditioning controller,and ultimately product schedule listed enhance the customer experience and reliability of the product.
