Abstract/Summary:
With complex in transformer maintenance technology,measurement time is too long,data access to information is not enough precise characteristics of the complex working conditions,maintenance,staff can not be real-time insight into equipment,such as temperature,humidity,gas content data information,it is difficult to realize the equipment running status monitoring,unable to understand the equipment fault information,easy to cause major accidents.For real-time fault information collection,maintenance strategy,develop more intelligence in this paper,based on the Internet of transformer state maintenance technique,the traditional maintenance technology to improve the design,and connecting with the concrete examples of this new system for feasibility study,verify the superiority of the designed system.Considering the current status of power equipment on-line monitoring,on-line monitoring technology,the analysis of the commonly used respectively in the gas content in the research of the transformer oil,oil water content,partial discharge,winding deformation,through the analysis compared to choose the suitable for the system of temperature,humidity,gas sensors and winding measurement monitoring devices,coupled with the Internet of things technologies,will constitute a iot of these sensors and monitoring devices perception layer,the child perception layer composite of each sensor into the perception layer of the system.By the Internet of things technology of GPRS again for the information transmission way,specifically analyzes the 4 g technology of GPRS,the OFDM technology is the core of the 4 g technology,and carries on the feasibility analysis,the GPRS technology as means of communication the Internet of things technology will form the design of the network layer in this paper.In view of the information by the network layer transfer,integrate the data information combining intelligent expert system,the state overhaul of strategy,analysis and design of auxiliary decision-making,these constitute the system of application layer is designed.In the end,the system of state overhaul based on iot transformer and the original maintenance system are compared and analyzed through concrete examples to illustrate the superiority of the system designed in this paper.This article research results can be achieved the oil-immersed power transformer state overhaul of intelligence,has practical application value,on the Internet of things application in the electric power equipment also plays a significant promoting role.
