| SF6 is widely used in high voltage electrical equipment due to its excellent insulation and arc extinguishing characteristics.Closed high-pressure equipment filled with SF6 gas usually has a certain gas pressure,and the probability of gas leakage is high.SF6 gas leakage will affect the normal operation of the equipment,and threaten the safety of workers.According to relevant regulations,it must be Equipment is monitored.At present,online monitoring technology is replacing the traditional condition monitoring application in SF6 equipment monitoring.However,with the rapid development of China’s Internet of Things,online monitoring technology lacks a unified management system,effective information collection device and data management analysis platform.The shortcomings cannot closely follow the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things proposed by the State Grid.For this reason,this paper will study and design a set of SF6 gas online monitoring system based on the Internet of Things.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the performance parameters and management system of SF6 gas online monitoring,design the overall framework of the SF6 gas online leakage monitoring system based on the Internet of Things,and combine the three-layer architecture of the Internet of Things to develop the system layer by layer.(2)The sensing layer and the application layer analyze and design the hardware device according to the functional requirements of the system,analyze and design the software process,and mainly realize the functions of data acquisition,data uploading and automatic alarming,and develop the system for the application layer.Prepare your data well.(3)Designed and developed the application layer of the SF6 gas online leakage system based on the Internet of Things.According to all the parameters monitored by the monitoring device,the cloud platform and web module are designed,and the database construction and system development are completed.(4)Perform performance tests on the SF6 gas online monitoring system based on the Internet of Things to verify the feasibility of the system.The system developed in this paper will greatly improve the reliability and stability of SF6 gas leakage monitoring.At the same time,the completion of the system provides accurate real-time data for SF6 monitoring data collection,big data analysis,and expert system establishment.The integration of the power industry and the Internet of Things technology is of great significance to the relevant management departments to study the monitoring methods of SF6 insulation equipment and to change the management system of SF6 equipment in various regions. |
