| In recent years,with the continuous efforts of many scholars,a variety of models have been formed in vehicle dynamics,tire dynamics and pavement dynamics.But the tire-road contact mechanics is slow,which has become the bottleneck of the research on the dynamics of vehicle-tire-road system.The interaction force between heavy tires and asphalt pavement affects the service life and the safety of the vehicle.This article mainly bases on Hertz contact theory to study the relationship between tirevertical force and tire-road relative displacement,establish a tire-road coupling mathematical model that isconvenient for engineering application,and analyze the effect of each parameter on the model.First,the Hertz theory of elastic contact is introduced.Through analysing the contact theory between cylinder,the contact relationship between two elastic surfaces is obtained.Then,developing the cylinder-cylinder contact model,the model is approximately equivalent to a cylinder-elastic half space body contact model when assuming that the radius of a cylinder tends to infinity.On the basis of the former,the functional relationship between the vertical force of the cylinder and the relative displacement between the cylinder and the plane is further studied.Then the characteristics of the tire road surface contact surface are summarized and the factors affecting the tire surface contact pressure are described in detail.According to the research problems,the main influencing factors are grasped.We make a reasonable simplification of the tire-road model with the tire is approximately a cylinder,and the road surface is nearly elastic half space body.Finally,we established the mathematical model of tire-pavement system by determining the relevant parameters such as contact half width,equivalent elastic modulus and tire road surface.At last,the influence factors of tire-road interaction were studied,and the tire-pavement contact mechanics model was programmed based on MATLAB,finally the influence of each factor on the tire-pavement contact relationship was analyzed. |
