FSEC is developing rapidly in China,and more and more universities are participating in the competition.The design of chassis and body of pure electric vehicle has been mature,and its emphasis is on the design of dynamic parameter matching and corresponding electrical system.Therefore,this paper takes the 2017 Chang’an university electric hunting vehicle as the research object,and mainly completes the power matching and electrical system design of the car.First of all,the structural characteristics and competition conditions of the electric hunting vehicle were analyzed,new performance indicators were proposed compared to the previous performance indicators.And the matching parameters were calculated by means of theoretical analysis and the appropriate dynamic components are selected.Secondly,according to the parameters obtained by matching,the electric hunting vehicle racing model was established in the Cruise simulation software,and the vehicle performance indicators were verified.Then,the electrical system design goals were proposed based on the designed power matching parameters.The electrical system was divided into high voltage electrical,low voltage electrical and data acquisition system for modular design.High voltage electric includes battery pack management,charging system modification,precharge and discharge system design;low-voltage electrical includes safety circuit,brake reliability device,drive activation indicator circuit design,and reset circuit design in insulation monitoring device;The data acquisition system mainly collected data through CAN bus and feeds back to the upper computer to monitor the vehicle status in real time.The simulation results showed that the designed dynamic matching parameters in this paper could meet the set performance indexes.The results of real vehicle test and upper computer debugging showed that the electric system designed based on matching power parameters could meet the design target,and the car has successfully completed the race and won the second prize in the national competition.
