Ultrasonic motor is a kind of micro special motor developed in recent years.Unlike the traditional electromagnetic motor,it does not depend on the electromagnetic brake,and there is no structure of the magnetoresistance coil,but through the reverse piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric ceramic,the protons on the stator surface can be excited by the ellipse path,and then through the friction between the stator and the rotor to work.Therefore,it has the advantages of large torque,small volume,fast response,low noise,and undisturbed by external magnetic field.It has a wide application prospect in aerospace,medical equipment and robot manufacturing.In this paper,a double oscillator rotating traveling wave ultrasonic motor is proposed.The stator and rotor are designed as the motor vibrators.The same metal elastomer and the piezoelectric ceramic ring on one side are used.Under the excitation of high frequency sinusoidal voltage,the elastic stator and rotor will generate their own traveling waves and push each other forward in the contact area.Based on the law of the elliptical trajectory of particle motion and the principle of vibration matching,the design scheme of stator and rotor is determined.The size of the stator is designed by the ANSYS finite element analysis software.The natural frequency of the stator vibration and the harmonic response analysis are analyzed by modal analysis.The rationality of the design is verified.In this paper,the theoretical circuit matching of the designed double oscillator ultrasonic motor is carried out and the driving circuit board is completed.Then the experimental platform can be built to test the performance of the motor through the upper computer and the acquisition card.At last,the prototype is made and tested on the platform.The results show that the speed and torque of the double oscillator ultrasonic motor are obviously improved compared with the motor driven by the single oscillator.
