High-pressure water jet technology is a new type of cleaning technology.Its operating principle is that low-pressure water is pressurized by supercharging equipment,and turns into high-pressure spring stream beam and spout from the nozzle.And it is used to clean,cut and crush the object material.Because of its high cleaning efficiency,energy conservation,environmental protection,and non-pollution,the technology has been widely used in construction,aviation,transportation,and medicine.However,due to the large volume of large-scale high-pressure water jet equipment and the limited working space,the further promotion and development of the technology are restricted.In order to improve the applicability and feasibility of water jet technology in various fields,the following researches have been conducted on the miniaturization method of high-pressure water jet devices,which has great engineering application value for improving the convenience of the use of high-pressure water jet devices.This thesis analyzes the components of the high-pressure water jet device and the operating principle of each part,determines the key components and auxiliary components of the whole device and their selection principles.And it analyzes the cleaning mechanism and influencing factors of the water jet.Summarize the design method and principle of the equipment miniaturization.And make miniaturization design of some key components and auxiliary components in the high pressure water jet cleaning device.Design and analyze the cam-type axial piston pump to determine its main structural parameters,and design Geometry parameters and technical parameters of the nozzle.Discuss the selection principle and calculation method for the working parameters of the accumulator.Research on the main structure of the supercharger,and calculate its main structural parameters,and then establish its three-dimensional model with PRO/E,and make the stress and strain simulation analysis of supercharger structure with Workbench software.And analyze the dangerous position that may appear under the high pressure process,and verify whether the strength of this supercharger is safe and reliable.Utilize FLUENT software to simulate the pressure and velocity of the water jet inside the nozzle.According to Bernoulli's principle,and combine with the pressure and velocity maps obtained from the simulation to analyze and verify the nozzle's design parameters.With the parameter selection and optimization design of the components of the high-pressure water jet device,the entire device realizes its miniaturization,and its function is complete and its strength is safe and reliable.
