The high pressure power nozzle will be the researched object in this thesis,analyse the basic characteristic of the high pressure jet water and the structure characteristics of rotating nozzle,build 3D to establish the internal flow field of nozzle by FLUENT simulation analysis,after simulation we can get the influence rule of flow field parameters,about internal structural parameters of nozzle jet flow,pressure and jet speed.Through contrast test,the analysis of several different structure of the rotating nozzle under the same conditions,the relationship between the water separated plate of outlet diameter and speed,angle of nozzle shrinking and the nozzle exit velocity and pressure.Finally through the optimization analysis,make samples and arrange testing,we found out the best solution,reduce the vibration,improve the efficiency of the water force and work efficiency,and through the testing proves the reliability of the design.The main content of research in this thesis is as follows:(1)We analyse the structure characteristics of the nozzle and the basic design requirements,based on fluid mechanics theory,we get the jet formula of rotating speed and jet pressure,get influence factor that their main design parameters,these analysis will provide theoretical basis for nozzle structure optimization.(2)we change the water separated plate of different size and analysis of rotating nozzle flow field and pressure,get the influence of different design parameters on the speed and pressure trend,and get the water separated plate and the rotating nozzle optimization solution,as well as the optimized water separated plate and the rotating nozzle velocity vector and the pressure distribution analysis,provide theoretical basis for the follow-up design.(3)we analyse the different size of water separated plate and rotating nozzle by using FLUENT software to get stress dionistribution and the flow velocity of various structure,result is that the theory of rotational speed and actual speed difference is big,just the trend was consistent,FLUENT software was verified the reliability of analysis results.(4)we get the testing data in the actual operation trend through the nozzle of the actual measurement and durability test,find out that the simultion analysis results and experimental results are similar,trend have good consistency,verify the FLUENT software analysis method based on the analysis of velocity and pressure distribution on the feasibility and accuracy,at last,by 45 normal temperature water endurance test,verify the nozzle of the optimized meet the design life which need to be increased 20%,improve the water jet force to meet the design requirements.
