The concrete vibrator is a new kind of mixing equipment,which combines the macroscopic force mixing and the micro-level vibration diffusion.Compared with the strong mixer,it has good mixing quality and high production efficiency,which can effectively improve the mixing efficiency and mix the concrete mixture thoroughly.In the meantime,the efficiency and quality of concrete are greatly improved.In this paper,DT2000 ZBW double horizontal shaft concrete vibrator is studied.Combined with the problems found in the actual production,the key parts such as mixing tank,frame,stirring device and vibration damping device were studied by experiment test,theoretical calculation and simulation analysis.The structure and stress of concrete vibrator are relatively complicated.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the existing concrete mixer to improve and improve the performance of existing models.First of all,the vibration test was carried out on the shaft,blade,vibration end of the machine,stirring end,mixing tank and shell.The distribution of differe nt parts of the agitator is analyzed,and the position of the vibration is determined.Secondly,the modal analysis of the mixing tank,rack and agitator is analyzed.The natural frequencies and modes of the modes are determined and the weak links of the structure are identified.The structure improvement of the DT2000 ZBW mixer was prepared.In addition,the force of the stirring device under the loading condition is analyzed from the axial and stirring arm of the stirring device and the force of the stirring blade in the loading condition.Determine the shaft under the working condition in the worst case,mixing and stirring arm blade stress distribution,and carries on the simulation analysis of static stress,identified in the material conditions,stirring device on the stress distribution and deformation distribution,and gives counter measures;Finally,the special vibration damping device of concrete vibrator is designed according to the structure and installation requirements of concrete vibrator.This effectively solves the vibration isolation problem between the concrete vibrator and the ground,and improves the structure and performance of the machine.
