| There are many colleges and universities in Xi’an.Teaching construction in colleges and universities is the most important part of college campus construction.It is not only the most important learning place for college students,but also the place for them to communicate,rest and perform other activities.In the course of its use,there are various problems such as insufficient indoor comfort,excessive energy consumption,and poor external environment.Therefore,this study chose teaching buildings in xi ’an area as the research object for post-use evaluation research,so as to propose the design strategy to adapt to the climate characteristics of xi ’an.This article first takes the Xi’an University teaching buildings as the research object,analyzes and studies the colleges and universities’ architecture buildings of different ages in the Xi’an area,and summarizes the characteristics of the university’s architecture,such as layout,elevation and materials,and studies them in different eras.Adaptability to specific climate in Xi’an.Then,the second floor of Xi’an Jiaotong University,the first teaching building of Xi’an Shiyou University,and Wenyuan Building of Shaanxi Normal University were chosen as research objects.Through on-the-spot investigation and on-site testing,the advantages and disadvantages of teaching buildings in different ages were summarized and combined.Using post-evaluation methods,from the user’s point of view,analyze the problems in the use of college teaching buildings.At last,from the two aspects of indoor environment and outdoor environment,this paper summarizes and establishes the teaching construction model of colleges and universities under the climate environment in Xi’an,which provides relevant reference for the reconstruction and design of university teaching buildings in Xi’an.The paper puts forward some feasible suggestions and related design patterns for the design and transformation of the teaching buildings in Xi’an University in terms of research methods and design strategies.It also hopes to play a positive role in the development of teaching buildings in Xi’an universities. |
