When the radiant noise of a ship is transmitted in the sea water,it is often used as a detection source of passive acoustic homing tordedo and intelligent acoustic fuze because of its characteristics of slow attenuation and spread far distance.Due to the complesity of marine environment and high cost of measuring ship radiated noise,the meaeurement of ship radiated noise is difficult.so modeling and simulation of the ship radiant noise is particularly important.Ships radiated noise simulation model mainly simulates signal of ships' s sound field to get simulation signal source.When detecting and verifying the performance of underwater weapon guidance system such as detection,recongnition and location,we need a high confidence simulation model of ship radiated noise,so,it is of great significance to research of the confidence of simulation model of ship radiated noise.The main contents and methods of this paper are as follows:In time domain,depend on the time characteristics of ship radiated noise,The deviation degree of development process and the dissimilarity of the development trend are considered,at the same time,distance data similarity measure method is compared with the classical time domain analysis method,and use distance data similarity measure method to analyze the ship radiated noise data.In frequency domain,the classical spectral estimation method and modern spectral estimation method are used to extract line spectral according to the impotance of ship radiated noise line spectrum,and the compatibility test is carried out for the intervals in the line spectrum.According to the spectrum characteristics of the ship's radiated noise,the compatibility test result transformation method is dertermined,and the ship radiated noise data is analyzed.In time and frequency domain,the consistency of the continuous spectrum and line Spectrum of the simulated signal and the measured signal of the continuous spectrum,and the line spectrum of ship's radiated noise.First,combining EMD decomposition method,improved Hilbert method and Fourier tansform to extract continuous spectrum,and according to the physical meaning of the improved grey correlation analysis method,it is determined ascontinuous spectrum consistency analysis method.Secondly,the line spectrum is obtained from the original spectrum subtracted continuous spectrum,an the correlation characteristic quantity is extracted and the consistency analysis is carried out according to the line spectrum,characteristic of the ship radiated noise.Finally,according to the mathematical theory,the consistency of the continuous spectrum and line spectrum is synthesized.According to the legal and quantitative characteristic of the analytic hierarchy process,it is determined to be the basis for the empowerment of the consistency results of the ship's radiation noise,and determine the reliability of the result.Through the consistency analysis of the measured signal and simulation signal of the ship radiated noise,the confidence degree of the simulation modelof the ship radiated noise is quantified,which provides a theoretical support for the ship radiated noise as a hardware in the loop simulation signal source.
