ABSTRACT:With the speed of the railway vehicles gets higher and the carrying of the vehicles gets heavier, the fatigue problem of the carrying structures of the vehicle is getting more and more serious. The root of the fatigue problem is the dynamic loads suffered on the actual operation line. The structure loading spectrum is the basis of standardization of structure reliability test and test of structure strength. We need to analyse on the load-time history of the train, and establish the representative loading spectrum which can simulate the train real operational aspect, to guarantee that the bogie framed structure intensity satisfies the actual operational aspect. This article propose an improved range counting method which is based on several commonly used counting method, and realize it in the Visual C++ 2005. At the same time it adds a new counting module for the "JPLAS". In addition, the paper selected the Beijing Subway Line 15 bogie frame for the study and establish the load spectrum of each load of the framework. And finally we adjust the load spectrum and get the high confidence level load spectrum of the train. This article not only describe the method of establishing of the load spectrum based on the theory of consistency of damage, but also It has vital significance to formulate our country's corresponding standard correctly, and it will provide the reliable load basis for the bogie design later.
