| The rise of marine development projects has led to the development of marine equipment and manufacturing industry. The marine environment simulation has great research and practical value in the design, installation and testing of the ship, offshore construction, water conservancy, underwater system, offshore oil platform. In marine environment simulation, the simulation of wave is very important. The change of wave is a kind of three-dimensional process, and it can be described as a variety of types.The wave-maker and the experimental water tank are used to simulate the wave in different conditions. That observing the way in which the wave would impact the ship, the drilling platform or the phenomenon of the construction of the sea provides relevant data for the design and testing of marine engineering.The wave-maker machine is driven by the wave plate in accordance with the prescribed rules. If you need to get the expected waveform, you need to strictly control the motor’s movement patterns and steps. In order to achieve a variety of rules of the wave, you need to use the multi motor control. When the power of the wave system is risen, it also needs the multi motor system. So how to control the motion path of the servo motor with high precision is the key point of study.In this paper, the permanent magnet synchronous servo control system and multi axis motion controller are introduced in this paper. The synchronous control strategy of the dual motor is proposed and studied. A multi control strategy is proposed, and the simulation results are analyzed by using Matlab software. It is believed that the control performance of the multi motor synchronous control strategy of the AC servo motor is relatively high. |
