Research On The Design Of Vertical Converting Node Space Of Commercial Block

Intensive use of urban land affects the trend of space stereoscopic construction,it has outstanding advantages for solving the urban development problems such as the serious waste of resources and the deterioration of living environment.As one of the products of three-dimensional city,commercial block integrates the urban spatial environment resources with the methods of multidimensional interpenetration and cascade of urban space.The vertical converting node space carries most of the vertical transformation activities in the block.Whether the design of vertical converting node space is reasonable will play a key role in the normal operation of commercial blocks.Therefore,it is necessary to study the vertical converting node space and its design of commercial blocks,so as to effectively enhance the spatial performance.Based on the behavioral activity perspective,this paper takes the Optics Valley walking street in Wuhan as an example to discuss the form and use of vertical converting node space in the commercial block and the relevance of them,and then put forward the optimal design strategy of vertical converting node space in the commercial block.Firstly,the paper makes a theoretical cognition and analysis on the commercial block,the vertical converting node space of commercial block and Environment-Behavior Theory.Secondly,using the methods of field investigation to collect research data.Then using the method of type analysis and statistical analysis to explore the form of the vertical converting node space and the vertical converting behavior of users.The purpose is to reveal the morphological characteristics of the vertical converting node space,analysis the vertical transformation activities of users and the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of activities.Thirdly,using the methods of typed qualitative analysis and MATLAB regression analysis to discussing the influence of the form and its characteristics of vertical converting node space on different vertical transformation activities.Finally,it is concluded that when people move in the vertical converting node space,the perception of space facilities elements is significantly higher than the spatial interface elements.The location of the vertical converting node space is important.The types,quantities and application form of the fixed commercial sale facilities,landscaping facilities and greening facilities have a higher degree of influence on different types of vertical conversion activities than the spatial interface morphology such as the space area and the number of edges of the bottom surface.The optimization of vertical converting node space should see space function benefits as a key problem.In order to improve the efficiency of space use,the optimization strategy of spatial design of vertical converting node space under the influence of different functions is proposed.It is hoped that it can provide effective experience for the related research.
