At present,the development of China’s railways and social needs has become a hot topic in the world,at the same time,it plays a crucial role in the development of the social economy,however,how can we guarantee the high-speed driving of China’s railways is the prerequisite and foundation for facing the world.The heavy-load and high-speed driving of china’s railways will inevitably lead to deformation wear and longitudinal section change in the entire line,so the maintenance and construction of railway is a guarantee for the development of the railway industry.Therefore,the relevant operation and management departments of the railways,according to their own actual needs,have introduced heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery to provide a powerful guarantee for improving the operational safety of railways and avoid the occurrence of railway equipment failures and operational accidents.Based on a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research status,this paper applies a multi-level gray comprehensive evaluation method integrating the AHP and the grey comprehensive evaluation method to establish an evaluation model for the construction of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery,from the perspective of management and operation.In terms of physical standards,we have studied the optimization of railway quality for the construction of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery,analyzed the different impact weights of technical factors,management factors,environmental factors and organizational factors,and proposed reasonable construction quality optimization solutions for the influencing factors.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:First of all,according to the development background of China’s railways,the development of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery and the maintenance needs of the railway lines were analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of China’s railway planning,the development comparison of domestic and foreign railways and the comparison of public works maintenance were listed to improve the lines.Provide theoretical guidance on the implementation of quality and operational safety assurance.At the same time,the paper introduces the construction process and “skylights” settings of the existing lines,analyzes the inconsistencies and influencing factors between transport capacity and traffic volume and construction,as well as the definition of the measures adopted and comparison of optimized quality solutions,thus forming a rational,scientific and practical key application technology.Secondly,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the construction quality of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery,the objectives of the research and evaluation of this paper are analyzed,and the evaluation system and evaluation criteria can be obtained through analysis.Then through the scoring and guidance of experts to form an evaluation index system,advance the further research and the development of this topic.At the same time,on this basis,the rating level of the evaluation index was determined.It lays thefoundation for the research on the influence of large-scale maintenance of road machinery on the construction of a defective road and scientific guidance of the construction of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery.Finally,this paper takes the line within the jurisdiction of the Hohhot Railway Bureau Group Company(Tsining-Erenhot Railway)as an example background,combining the characteristics of the line with many deserts,large design gradients,small curve radius,and difficulties in construction and maintenance to analyze and evaluate railways.The heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery has optimized the construction quality of existing lines and a scientific and reasonable construction plan.At the same time,through the establishment of a hierarchical model,the construction plans of different construction processes are compared,and the best plan for optimizing the quality is proposed.The analysis results show that using three tamping and two steady construction scheme can alleviate the contradiction between operation and construction,and the effect is obvious.Based on the theories and results obtained in this thesis,the analysis of construction quality of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery of the lines in other regions of China will serve as a reference.
