With the rapid development of computer science and information technology,BIM(architectural information model)technology has been widely used in the housing construction industry,and has brought great social and economic benefits,showing its great value in commercial applications.Based on the BIM model,the construction diagram and the engineering quantity statistics can update the real-time and dynamic changes in the model,avoid the information communication between different industries in time and not smooth,save a lot of time and improve the work efficiency.The Revit software itself can deduce the construction drawings and quantities of the models,but the efficiency is not high and cumbersome.On the basis of the elastic supported ballastless track BIM model established by the predecessors,this paper studies the two development problems of the construction drawing drawing and the statistics of the engineering quantity of the ballastless track model,trying to derive the construction map and the quantity of the project efficiently and accurately,and carry out the research work of the following several aspects.:(1)The research status of the development of BIM technology at home and abroad is analyzed and studied,and the significance of applying BIM technology to the design of track engineering is summarized.The two development of Revit is studied,and the two development methods and common skills of the Revit API function are summarized.Revit software is used as the core modeling software for the BIM model of ballastless track,and the basic process of two development is summarized.(2)A group of standard format drawings for railway engineering drawing standard suitable for railway industry is created,and it is related to the construction drawing of the ballastless track model of elastic support block.Research on user interface development based on programming Revit API external application development method,the parameters of frame drawing standard in Railway Engineering Group set up and modify.(3)The automatic dimensioning method of the ballastless track BIM model in the construction drawing is studied.Through the development of the automatic size function and railway engineering drawing standard frame group combination of annotation,realizes the construction drawings of ballastless track BIM model,save manual annotation time,greatly improving the work efficiency.(4)This The method of rapid derivation of the thin meter is studied by the BIM model of ballastless track.Based on the Revit software,we develop one key and detailed list plug-in,and achieve all kinds of information needed in the project from the ballastless track BIM model through the customized list,which greatly improves the work efficiency.
