The cyclone separator is a kind of device for the separation of gas-solids or liquid-solids.This paper deals with the repetitive design problems of similar products encountered by enterprises and factories in production,and writes the procedures,completes the parameterization of engineering drawings and parts,to decrease the repetitive and inefficiency work,the work of the project is as follows:1.The design is based on the basic parameters and the secondary cyclone parameter table,finishing the geometric calculation of all the components of the secondary cyclone and the calculation formula of the sheet metal expansion area,blanking geometry,volume,weight,etc.;2.Design all program interfaces,define data variable tables,and write parametric calculation programs for all stakeout parts based on VB to save the calculation results of given parameters.3.Based on VB and AutoCAD,define the template of each part,realize the design interface,parameters and connection with CAD program,realize the parameterized realization of all parts and the drawing of the parts of the lofting part,complete the parametric design of the part drawing of the secondary cyclone and Programming,automatic drawing of part drawings and saving of drawings.4.Develop and implement parametric programs for corresponding three-dimensional parts and complete machine assembly,and complete parametric programming and implementation of parts and assemblies.5.Based on the three-dimensional assembly model formed by parameterization,combined with ANSYS,the flow field numerical simulation of the secondary cyclone is carried out.The numerical analysis of the solid-phase flow field and the internal gas-phase flow is carried out,and then the pressure field and velocity field are obtained.
