RCS composite structure is a new type of structure composed of steel beam and reinforced concrete column group.It not only combines the advantages of steel structure and reinforced concrete structure,but also has the advantages of superior seismic performance,shorter construction period,etc.It is an economical and efficient structural form.At present,the research on this structure system is not perfect,so we need to make a deep research on it.In this paper,the seismic performance of the web-through RCS composite joints is analyzed.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish the finite element model of RCS composite joints.Comparing the simulation analysis results by cyclic loading with existing test analysis results,the reliability of the model is verified.Then,the seismic performance of four common beam-through RCS composite joints is analyzed by using the reliable model.At the same time,the influence of the key factors on the seismic performance of the joints is also explored such as axial pressure ratio,strength of web,etc.Then,combining the force transmission mechanism of RCS composite joints,new types of RCS composite joints are proposed.The new type of RCS composite joints is simulated,and its hysteretic performance,ductility,failure process and bearing capacity are further discussed.The results show that:(1)By reasonably setting the calculation parameters,ANSYS can simulate the loading process of RCS composite joints under cyclic loading.The obtained results are consistent with the experimental data,which has a certain reference value.(2)The hysteresis curves of the four common RCS composite joints are all shuttle shaped,and their energy dissipation capacity is better than the traditional reinforced concrete structure.The seismic performance of the node can be improved to varying degrees by the rational detailed structural measures of the node.Moreover,the form of steel barrel can avoid punching and arranging stirrup in the core area of node core,simplify construction steps and improve construction speed.It is a worthy form of RCS joints.(3)Through the simulation analysis of the new RCS composite nodes,it can be concluded that the two joints use different ways of construction to mobilize more concrete to participate in the load and the bearing capacity of nodes is greatly improved.Both hysteresis curves are all shuttle shaped,and the energy dissipation capacity is better than that of the traditional reinforced concrete joints,but the energy dissipation capacity decreases due to the increase of bearing capacity.Two joints analysis results,extended plate barrel type RCS composite joints,which play a unique advantage of steel barrel type RCS composite joints,and the external structural measures improve the bearing capacity of the joint,improve the ductility,which has certain practical application value.The orthogonal stiffened steel bucket RCS composite joints,the stiffener will lead to concrete cracking node earlier,crack development rapidly.So in the actual application,the web through RCS composite joints,should try to ensure the integrity of concrete columns and consistency,can give full play to the seismic performance of RCS composite joints.
