Composite structure system is becoming more and more widely used in the practical application with China’s economic development in recent years. It will give full play to its strengths, avoid weaknesses and work together for the whole structure. Reinforced concrete column and steel beams composite frame structure(RCS composite structure) can not only give full play tothe reinforced concrete column’s axial force resistance as the bending components and provide enough vertical bearing capacity and stiffness for the structure, but also give full play to the main bending moment and shear force of steel beam under the bending capacity and make structure has good energy dissipation capability. There is no unified standard for the shear properties and shear bearing capacity formula of Steel beams and reinforced concrete column composite frame structure as the reinforced concrete column and steel beam composite frame structure joint has a complex diversity of its mode of construction and its force. So we will do some Research on shear behavior and shear-bearing capacity formula of the web-through composite frame joint consisting of reinforced concrete column and steel beam.This paper summarized the typical structure forms, failure model and working mechanism of RCS combination joint by analyzing a large number of reading related literature at home and abroad, analyzed the influence path of the force performance of different structure forms emphatically and put forward the capability of bearing force assumption by the analyzing of the typical failure model and shear-bearing capacity. It is proved to be correct through the analysis of the finite element results in the fourth chapter.The web-through composite frame joint consisting of reinforced concrete column and steel beam may failure by the seam stress concentration in addition to the four kinds of common failure forms. It put forward a calculating formula of the shear combined with the Principle of the balance of the forces in the joint core area.It selected the experiment which use the web-through composite frame joint consisting of reinforced concrete column and steel beam as the prototype and established eight RCS composite joints(RCSJ1 ~ RCSJ8) through finite element analysis software. It obtained the influence on the floor concrete strength and reinforcement ratio of the web through RCS composite joints through the analysis of several joints’ bearing capacity, ductility and skeleton curve of the finite element results under the low repeated and reciprocal loading. It gathered a group of typical RCS combination joint shear-bearing capacity formula. Put forward a improving shear-bearing capacity formula of the web-through composite frame joint consisting of reinforced concrete column and steel beam which suitable for the high strength steel and concrete materials through the analysis of its basis for forming, composition and the finite element analysis results. It verified its applicability in this paper. The improving shear-bearing capacity formula will play a very good reference effect on the the future application of RCS combination structure and the relevant specification formulation.
