| The HXD2 B locomotive ground information management system mainly focuses on the data analysis of the HXD2 B locomotive,including the on-board data acquisition equipment for the locomotive network,the vehicle-side data wireless transmission device,and the ground information management detection and expert diagnosis platform.Through the real-time acquisition of HXD2 B locomotive network data,analysis and processing of locomotive faults,vehicle-ground communication based on 4G/GPRS network,WLAN and Beidou short messages,ground server data analysis technology and fault information expert diagnosis technology to realize railway bureau and maintenance Segments,equipment manufacturers,and other related personnel remotely monitor the HXD2 B locomotive and instruct the locomotive crew to deal with the failure of the locomotive in a timely manner.Onboard data acquisition equipment(LDP)remotely transmits locomotive real-time fault and event information.The fault analysis is performed by professionals to form an accurate solution.For the overhaul and maintenance departments,the key information generated during the operation of the locomotive and the associated event information within a fixed period of time before and after the occurrence of the locomotive failure are collected and transmitted to provide ground-related personnel with diagnostic basis for the preparation of the HXD2 B locomotive.And maintenance provides detailed data on the quality of locomotives,failure prediction information and related reports.It also provides data statistical basis for the development of regular repair schedules for locomotives,and accumulates data and operational experience for locomotives.The article analyzes the main business processes such as locomotive position monitoring,locomotive fault monitoring,locomotive real-time data,and non-real-time data monitoring,and derives the system’s demand use case diagram and the required physical data.In this paper,by creating a scalable analysis warehouse,an analysis model is established for each monitoring item,and the analysis function after the analysis model is added to the analysis warehouse is realized. |
