The hydraulic valve block plays an important role in the hydraulic system,making it easier to install complex networks between components in the hydraulic system.When optimizing the hydraulic valve block,some limitations of the traditional machining process must be taken into account,resulting in a complex hydraulic valve block structure and difficult to process.At the same time,the hydraulic valve block processed by using the traditional process method may still have a structurally complete but large energy loss.In this paper,the method of additive manufacturing is used to optimize the design and printing of the internal pipe structure of the hydraulic valve block.The pipe structure forming process is quick and simple.It is verified through hydraulic experiments that the optimized design method can effectively increase the energy efficiency of the hydraulic valve block pipe structure.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Analyze the flow resistance and the cause of energy loss in the pipeline theoretically,simulate the typical pipeline structure in the hydraulic valve block,and discuss the pressure contour map and speed cloud diagram.The cause of energy loss in the pipeline structure.(2)An optimization design method based on Kriging agent model is proposed,and the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline is used as the objective function to optimize the design of the orthogonal pipeline structure.Combined with fluid simulation,the original orthogonal pipeline structure is proposed.The inlet and outlet pressure drop values of the optimized pipe structure were compared and analyzed.(3)Conducted experimental research on several sets of process parameters in the pipeline additive manufacturing process and post-treatment process,set up an independent test platform,finally obtained the best combination of process parameters,and used this group of optimal process parameters to carry out the pipeline structure Print and post-processing.(4)The hydraulic experiments and the fluid simulation of the original orthogonal pipeline and the optimized design pipeline have finally obtained the pressure drop at the entrance and exit of each pipeline,and the optimized design of the pipeline compared to the original orthogonal pipeline in the hydraulic experiment and fluid simulation.The reduction rate of pressure drop was analyzed and compared.(5)The optimized design method proposed in this paper was used to optimize the design of the actual complex pipeline structure in the hydraulic valve block,and the fluid simulation of the complex pipeline structure was performed.The inlet and outlet pressure drop values of the complex pipeline structure before and after optimization were compared and analyzed.Verify the practicality of this optimized design method.
