Topology optimization design technology represents the development direction of current structural design,through topology optimization technology to enable optimization objects to meet the requirements of mechanical properties,to achieve the purpose of lightweight.Topology optimization technology to obtain complex parts shape,long processing cycle,the use of reducing material processing often need to consider the feasibility of processing,the optimized structure design put forward a larger constraint,can not achieve the free innovation design of the structure,topology optimization design technology can not be developed.The emergence of additive manufacturing technology solves the molding and manufacturing of complex structural parts,titanium alloys,aluminum alloys and other difficult materials,combined with computer-aided design,computer-aided Engineering and topology optimization technology,has become a different from the traditional material reduction processing technology of an integrated design and manufacturing method.As the latest manufacturing method,domestic and foreign scholars on the research of additive manufacturing,mainly focused on material preparation,new process exploration and equipment research and development,and less research on the structural design of additive manufacturing technology.In order to give full play to the processing advantages of additive manufacturing,it is of great research value to explore the technology combined with topology optimization structure design.This paper mainly studies the topology optimization structure design of mechanical products for additive manufacturing by combining topology optimization technology and additive manufacturing technology,aiming at three specific research objects.This paper analyzes the theory of designing the new structure of mechanical products for additive manufacturing combined with topology optimization technology,summarizes from three aspects of the theoretical basis of additive manufacturing,the deformation of additive manufacturing structural parts,and the topology optimization tools needed for mechanical product structure design,and formulates the optimization design process of mechanical product topology for additive manufacturing.Taking the shell of the traction machine as the topology optimization object,taking the minimum flexibility as the target,the structure quality as the constraint condition,combining with the additive manufacturing technology,the finite element simulation analysis software and the computer Aided design software,the light-quantification design of the traction machine shell is realized,and the feasibility of the additive manufacturing technology to process the complex structural parts is verified.Aiming at the demand of lightweight design of palletizing robotic arm,a lightweight design framework of manipulator arm for additive manufacturing is developed,and two kinds of voronoi lightweight structures are designed by using finite element analysis method combined with SolidWorks and Rhino Grasshopper.Realize the lightweight design of the small arm of the palletizing manipulator.Based on the topology optimization object of aircraft wing rib plate,the wing architecture model is created by analyzing the external load of wing structure,and the model of aircraft wing rib plate is simplified by finite element design principle,combined with ANSYS Workbench and ABAQUS finite element design software,Aiming at the minimum flexibility as the objective function of the wing rib plate and the structural quality as the constraint condition,the lightweight design of the wing rib plate is realized by the variable density topology optimization design.Based on the optimal design and research of the topology structure of mechanical products for additive manufacturing,this paper puts forward a set of complete optimization design flow for three optimization objects,and realizes the verification of the structural performance of mechanical products through the finite element simulation software,and designs the lightweight structure for additive manufacturing with computer aided design software.The printing of the new structure model is realized by melting deposition molding technology,and the feasibility of additive manufacturing combined with topology optimization technology for complex structure machining is verified.It shows that the combination of advanced manufacturing technology additive manufacturing and advanced design Technology topology optimization is instructive to the design and manufacture of new product structure.
