XSG company is a regional construction company in Ningbo,XSG now is facing a narrower living space for the construction industry,under the grim pressure of survival,the company has an urgent needs to find a new direction of development and achieve strategic transformation.This paper first reviews the theories and tools related to development strategies,and lays the theoretical foundation for the research;Secondly,this paper analyzes the external environment of XSG company by PEST analysis and five forces model analysis,XSG is facing the opportunities of urbanization,urbanization and commercial opportunities in Ningbo area.However,there is also the challenge of the sluggish demand,intense competition and rising supply costs in the core construction of construction industry;Third,the study analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of XSG,XSG company's main weakness in the construction of the main industry competitiveness,lack of cross-regional development capacity,the lack of high-quality human resources and other disadvantages,but also has the unique advantages of regional network resources,diversified development potential,sound financial and asset resources;Fourthly,this paper uses the SWOT analysis model to point out that XSG Company needs to give full play to its unique advantages as a regional enterprise,seize the new opportunities of urbanization and urbanization in Ningbo,and emerge from the intense main business of construction.That is to "take the construction industry as the foundation,focusing on the development of Ningbo integrated industrial investment group" as a strategic positioning around the core construction of the main business,investment business as a means to diversify business as a supplement,from a simple construction enterprises to The transformation of the regional comprehensive investment group led to the diversification from one industry to the integration of industries and industries,the construction business as the foundation,the trade business as the link,the cultural business as the highlight and the investment business as the wings,Continuously optimize the industrial structure and create a diversified portfolio of benign and interactive businesses such as industry and finance,entity and culture,entity and trade so as to realize the transformation,upgrading and innovation of XSG Company.Finally,in order to ensure the development strategy of XSG,the research proposes the implementation guarantee measures of XSG development strategy from several aspects,such as adjusting business structure,optimizing organizational structure and function,establishing group management and control system,and implementing strong enterprises.This article provides a certain theoretical enlightenment and practical reference for the regional construction enterprises to seek transformation and development under the current situation of the construction industry.
