With the rapid development of science and technology,the appearance of vehicle-mounted inverter can make the electrical equipment used in the journey,which greatly facilitates People’s Daily life.The waveform generated by sinusoidal inverter is relatively smooth and has high stability,which can well meet the requirements of electrical equipment.Therefore,it is very necessary to design a high quality and high reliability sine wave inverter power supply.Firstly,the structure and principle of single stage inverter and high-frequency inverter are analyzed,and their advantages and disadvantages are described.according to the requirements of this paper,determine the use of high-frequency inverter structure.Next,five pre-stage boost conversion topologies and three post-stage inverter topologies are given,and their working principles,advantages and disadvantages are elaborated in detail.It is determined that the front-stage DC boost topology adopts the push-pull topology and the latter-stage inverter circuit topology adopts the full-bridge topology.According to the front-stage push-pull topology,the hardware circuit of the front-stage boost topology is studied and designed in this paper,including the analysis and selection of switch tubes,rectifier diodes,filter capacitors,high-frequency transformers,and control chips.Then,it is determined to use SG3525 as the front-stage push-pull boost control chip,and part of the protection circuit and feedback circuit are designed at the same time.In the downstream inverter system,the power tube parameters and LC filter circuit parameters of the full-bridge inverter topology are calculated according to the requirements.This article chooses EG8010 as the rear-stage inverter drive circuit chip.Based on the EG8010 chip,this article designs the chip’s peripheral circuit,feedback protection circuit and auxiliary power supply circuit.Finally,according to the component parameters of the inverter power supply calculated in this paper,a set of vehicle-mounted inverter power supply is designed and tested experimentally.The waveform of each part of the circuit,the output waveform of different input voltages and the output waveform of the load are analyzed,and the waveform of the output is presented completely by the sampling method of partial voltage.Finally,the efficiency test is carried out to verify that the inverter has excellent performance,perfect waveform and meets the expected design requirements.
