In recent years, inverter power supply is widely applied in emerging energy such as wind energy and solar energy. In order to make the output waveform of inverter power with high quality, improve the quality of electric energy, in-depth research, development of standard sine wave power inverter, which has some practical significance and value in use.Taking STM32as processor of inverter power system, this topic designs hardware circuit of the inverter system in detail which based on a wide range of learning theory of power and certain experimental conditions. And the design of the input voltage DC48V, output voltage is a prototype of single-phase inverter power AC220V,600VA rated power. Common network topology, control strategy and principle of the inverter circuit, have their respective advantages and disadvantages, according to the design index of this topic, the choice of topology circuit is a full bridge circuit.This article also on the inverter circuit, IGBT drive voltage sampling circuit, output filter circuit, current and temperature monitoring circuit selection device and design parameters, presents a detailed analysis. In the control method, the load voltage instantaneous value, inverter output current instantaneous value feedback loop control, peak voltage loop is used to regulate the output voltage, current loop is the guarantee of sinusoidal waveform output, simple structure, high efficiency, easy to realize.Finally, the designed prototype on the whole experiment, the experimental results achieved the desired goal, chooses the control strategies is verified reasonable and effective.
