After a long period of time,the oil will be polluted by many kinds of sources.Among them,water pollution is the most serious and serious.It will make the oil degenerate and can't be used again,even will damage the equipment.Water exists in three forms in oil,including free water,emulsified water,and dissolved water.Many researchers at home and abroad have been working on oil dehydration methods.And the research results include sedimentation,centrifugation and vacuum dehydration.Vacuum dehydration is the only way to eliminate both free and dissolved water.In this paper,the main problems in vacuum oil filter are studied as the starting point.The first problem is the rate of vaporization in the pro-cess of vacuum dehydration.When studying this problem,the main con-tent is the influencing factors of water vaporization,and vaporization of water in oil in vacuum environment.The second problem is defoaming.During vacuum dehydration,the air dissolved in the oil precipitates in large quantities due to the reduction of the pressure,eventually forming a lot of bubbles in a vacuum tank.The way to eliminate these bubbles is to install a screen defoaming device.In the study of this problem,the first step is to start with a single bubble.The aperture of the wire mesh is determined by calculating the critical radius and the deformation of the wire mesh.Screen defoaming device will produce liquid flooding phe-nomenon,and liquid flooding will affect the efficiency of foam remo-val.By changing the operating conditions,the variation of flooding velocity with pressure and temperature is obtained.The last problem is the difficulty of discharging oil in the vacuum tank.Because the vacuum degree of the pump is lower than that of the vacuum tank,it is difficult to discharge oil.Therefore,measures must be taken to give the oil a certain amount of energy so that it can be discharged smoothly from the vacuum tank.The final solution is to install submersible pumps in vacuum tanks.The design content of vacuum oil filter includes vacuum tank design,defoaming device design,pump type selection,filter type selection,nozz-le type selection and so on.In addition,in order to be able to automatica-lly control the opening and closing of its pump and valve body,and to a-lert the user to the failure of the vacuum oil filter and to quickly locate the location where the failure occurred,a set of electric control system is desi-gned.In order to explore the influencing factors of vacuum dehydration ef-ficiency,and the law of change with the influencing factors,the relevant experiments were carried out by taking the vacuum oil filter as the exp-erimental platform.Finally,the relationship between vacuum dehydration efficiency,time and initial moisture content is obtained.Based on sufficient theoretical basis and rigorous calculation process,a vacuum oil filter is designed and manufactured in this paper.By virtue of its high dehydration efficiency,the oil with high water content can be dehydrated thoroughly to meet the requirements of industrial application.
