As an important component of the ship,the pipeline system is the bridge that connects the main engine,auxiliary engine and related equipments.Because the ship is sailing on the sea for the entire year,corrosion,bumps,and dampness can easily lead to pipeline leakage due to pipe wall damage.If it is not discovered in time,the relevant equipment in the vessel can easily be exposed to rampant risks,which seriously threatens the ship safety.At present,the research of ship fault diagnosis is mainly concentrated in the field of ship power plants and other fields.The focus of pipeline leakage detection is mainly in the fields of oil and gas and urban water supply.Based on this,it is of great significance to explore a pipe network leak detection method and system that meets its own characteristics.Due to the bends and loops in the ship's pipe system,the total length of the pipe is short and the structure is complex.Once a leak occurs,it easily leads to the serial transmission of signals.Based on these characteristics,this article proposes a method of leak detection and location for multiloop networks of ship based on virtual acoustic signal upon a large amount of domestic and foreign related literature.By installing a pressure transmitter on the branch of each node of the pipe network,the node of pipe network,each branch pipe segment and the pressure transmitter are numbered in a certain order and associated with the abnormal signal discriminant matrix A and the abnormal signal propagation direction discriminant matrix B to the pipe network.So,the detection and location problem is transformed into the problem of the definition and solution of the abnormal signal discriminant matrix A and the abnormal signal propagation direction discriminant matrix B,which effectively solves the crosstalk of abnormal signals between the pipe segments and realizes accurate location of leaking pipe segment and leakage loss point in piepe network.Through the understanding of user requirements,a real-time monitoring system for ship multi-loop pipe network leakage was developed based on the Qt platform.The pressure data of each node of the pipe network was received in real time through the USB virtual serialport of the data acquisition board.Through the pressure-virtual acoustic signal conversion,analysis and processing of the virtual acoustic signal,realize leakage diagnosis and location,on-site instrument status monitoring,data storage,data display,sharing and other functions,etc.The experimental results show that the real-time monitoring system for multi-loop pipe network leakage of ship designed in this paper can effectively and accurately realize the detection and positioning of pipe network leakage.
