| As an important part of the ship’s equipment,the ship pipe network is like the arteriovenous vessels of the human body.It provides the necessary working materials such as fuel,lubricant,water and compressed air for meeting the safe operation of the ship’s equipment and the needs of the sailors.However,leakage of ship pipe network accidents happen frequently due to the aging of pipeline components and man-made damage.Under the background of the higher and higher intelligence level of the ship industry,the leakage detection of the ship pipe network still depends mainly on the method of manual inspection.In this paper,the research on the real time automatic leakage detection and location technology of ship pipe network is carried out,which has a certain theoretical value and application background.The main contents and new ideas are as follows:(1)The CFD method is used to numerically simulate the typical conditions of the ship fire pipe network when a single and multiple leak occurs,and the flow field characteristics during the leakage of the pipe network are obtained.It has laid the foundation for the research of leakage detection and location method of ship pipe network.(2)Based on the analysis of the flow field characteristics,noise sources,characteristics and performance of the acquisition equipment,the pressure difference between the two acquisition channels are determined as detected signal.A small signal detection method is developed for the time accumulation of pressure difference in order to enlarge the true component and suppress the noise component.(3)A small pipeline experimental platform is designed and built.The results obtained based on the small signal detection method are consistent with the actual laws.The correctness of the signal acquisition method proposed in this paper is proved.(4)Based on the analysis of flow conditions before and after the leak,the concept of change flow is put forward.A method suitable for the leakage detection and location of the ship pipe network is explored by judging whether the change flow exists or not and the direction of flow,.The method is used to determine the leakage and locate the leakage point of a certain set of leakage conditions.The method is verified to be reasonable because the result is consistent with the set condition.The methods and conclusions presented in this paper are of great reference value to the theoretical research and practical application of leakage detection and location methods of small and medium-sized pipe networks. |
