Research On Spatial Shape Planning Of Suburban Tourism Towns

Suburban tourism towns are the main content of the construction of featured towns.Under the background of the current fierce urbanization,the development of small towns is continuing.There is an upsurge in the development of characteristic small towns throughout the country.The formation and evolution of spatial forms play an important role in the construction and development of suburban tourism towns,which are related to tourism ecological development,natural ecological protection,industrial economic upgrading,and social cultural inheritance.This article chooses the research and discussion of Wangcun Weichong Group in the Sangang Township of Hefei City as the research object,and combines the research methods of theoretical analysis and practical verification,and combines urban and rural planning,landscape architecture,tourism planning,etc.Based on the theory of cross-discipline studies,scientific and rational design techniques are used to guide the planning and design of spatial forms of suburban tourism towns.First of all,on the basis of theory,we will understand and elaborate the spatial patterns of small towns.Through the conceptual definition of suburban areas,suburban tourism,and suburban small cities and towns,we will find out the driving force of the development of suburban tourism,the influencing factors of spatial forms,and the suburban areas.Do not analyze the dominant characteristics of urban and rural areas,and analyze the constituent elements of spatial form.From the aspects of the overall spatial structure development planning and material-based village planning,we will understand the spatial elements of suburban tourism towns,and finally propose the construction of spatial forms.The discussion of countermeasures proposes a series of strategies,programs,and measures through the design of development orientations and strategies,spatial structure development plans,and the design of elements for material base village planning.Then,this paper selects the overall plan of the tourism demonstration area in the 30 township of Hefei City as an empirical study.The land used in the planning area is mainly composed of four types of land,such as agricultural land,village construction land,and rivers.Among them,the largest proportion of agricultural land covers the main distribution of residential areas.The surrounding agricultural land is relatively scattered and scattered throughout the planning area.The overall plan will proceed from the three levels of rural areas,districts,and villages to conduct demonstrations and demonstrations.At the same time,the village of Wangcun Village,Sanchagang Township,will be selected for planningand design.The plan proposes a “landscape-linked,paddy-field blending” scheme.The overall concept is to link together the various landscape nodes and functional forms in the land block through a landscape belt;at the same time,it combines the abundant water resources of the block with the rustic texture of the rural atmosphere.Create a village landscape node and activity space to form a rural life that is subject to smart,modern living experiences and exposed to local characteristics.
